Difficulties in signing in to the Aura Console (console.neo4j.io)

Resolved

One of our third party cloud service provider had some service degradation on 2021-08-31 at 18:00–18:50 UTC and this impacted the sign-in to the Aura console.
There was no impact to the databases but access to the console was impaired and affecting the ability to manage databases (create/destroy/resize/clone/rename).
We are taking steps to limit the impact of further similar degradation of this particular 3rd party service.
